Municipal Court Information

The Rainbow City Municipal Court has jurisdiction over motor vehicle and traffic violations, criminal misdemeanors, and municipal violations established by the Code of Ordinances and committed within the City limits of Rainbow City, Alabama.

Municipal Court is held on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Thursday of every month unless otherwise posted. Misdemeanor Court begins at 9:00 a.m. and Traffic Court begins at 2:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Thursday. Misdemeanor and Probation Court begins at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd Thursday.
